Never again
We have stayed in Sea Colony at least 6 times over the last 8 years, but NEVER AGAIN. The AC was not working, and they knew it before we checked in. it then took management from Sat till Tuesday to repair, mostly because they could not or would not get a locksmith to open the closet in which the ac unit was located. 3 visits by ac techs to repair but none could get access, which management knew from Saturday. Then my wife left a toiletries bag after her when we left. We called and texted as soon as we realized. First response was to tell me there was a fee for recovery of items, but the item was never recovered. The bag itself was only about $20 but it contained about $400 worth of product, face creams , make up etc. after 2 days I was then told the item was found then it was not found. That means it was likely stolen. Customer service were completely useless and unhelpful. We will never use vacasa and never visit Sea Colony again.
