Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 4 TVs, DVD, 3 Blu-rays, Wifi. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Great stay for a long weekend!

Very nice condo

Overall, it was a great place to spend the week. The place was very clean and was nicely equipped. We also appreciated the fruit and coffee provided by the host. The Internet had a few issues and one of the TVs didn't work.

Great sea colony unit

We’ve stayed in several sea colony units, but this one was the best! Fruit basket was nice but we left the pineapple! I like that the surfaces were clean and not covered with junk/useless knickknacks!

The location and views are excellent and there is plenty of room. The fruit basket was appreciated as was the coffee. A few things that could have been better - there wasn’t any tissue and the microwave was malfunctioning, but still a comfortable accommodation.

Perfect Sea Colony Condo

This property was perfect! Easy access to our car/pool/beach/bathrooms. Gorgeous view of the pool and beach! Bedroom setup was great for our family with four girls and we loved the addition of a few games in the tv hutch! Great for a rainy day. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with essentials! We will be back!

Great Condo!

This is a wonderful condo unit. The place was clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony was fantastic. While I only utilized the main bedroom, there was a lot of good space. There was a separate TV/sitting room apart from the main kitchen area/living room. It really was a very nice space.

Vacuum cleaner

My family and I loved are experience with 412 georgetown. The place was well put together and kept up very nice. Only complaint was that the vacuum cleaner worked but had a broken handle which prevented us from using it so we had to use a broom and dust pan to clean up.

Nice Condo

The location and views are excellent and the condo has plenty of room. A few things that could have been better - there were no tissues, a very small shampoo and small lotion so bring your own, and the microwave was malfunctioning. Other supplies were plentiful. Bring your own beach towels but you can rent chairs and umbrellas if needed.

The condo with ALL the amenities !!!

This condo was more than we could have asked for !! There wasn't anything we needed or wanted that wasn't there already. It was exactly as pictured, nice and roomy, and cleaner than most we have stayed. We were even welcomed with a nice hospitality gift from the owners. What a unique surprise !! Completely enjoyed everything about this condo !!

Visit at Sea a colony

The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time. The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. You can actually feel the springs in the mattresses. One bed has a pad that made it a little better but the other one has no pad and is unbearably uncomfortable and could not to be slept on at all.

We have been coming to Sea Colony and Bethany Beach for a long time. This unit is very nice, and cleaner/more comfortable than most. It is conveniently located within Sea Colony, a good size, nice view and overall, very true to the listing. Parking under the building is a plus and the welcome basket from owners was a nice touch. Two small things--neither coffee pot worked for us and the kitchen knives need sharpening. Those small issues aside, we were very happy with our stay. Would rent this unit again.
