Perfect location! Total beach view & alternately, sunset. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms are updated & good looking. Unit is spacious, comfy. Close to the boardwalk & many good restaurants.

The place is amazing! Comfortable and no real need to bring anything except coffee. The views are amazing and we didn’t mind a few rainy days. We made a peach angle food cake. And ate the while thing with whipped cream!

Definitely a favorite of the many Sea Colony rentals we’ve stayed out. The high ceilings, extra 1/2 bath, and generous sized family room were great features. Clean and I appreciated they didn’t overdo the decors - stuff that just collects dust imo! My teens lived each having their own queen bed. Easy walk out to the pool and beach between brandywine and Chesapeake.

I’ve been coming to Sea Colony my whole life (40 years!) and it continues to be one of my favorite places. This year, we stayed at the one of the best condos yet. This condo was spotless, updated, and beautifully decorated. Sometimes we stay in units that go overboard with beach-themed decorations—tacky items everywhere that collect dust and make the space feel cluttered all week. That was not the case here. Everything felt intentional, tasteful, and cohesive, which made it easy to relax.Another standout feature was the kitchen setup. All of the plates, pots and pans, and utensils provided were clean, matching, and high quality. Everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully chosen.Finally, the owners were incredibly responsive, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process.If you’re looking for a clean, updated, and well-stocked condo with amazing views and great hosts, this is it.

In all our years going to the Delmarva shore with our family, this was the first time we've ever stayed in Sea Colony, and it was great. The unit was exactly as described. We the pool at our building, and the aquatic center west of route 1. The lifeguarded private beach was well maintained and not too crowded.

Lovely stay!

The main room of this house has perfect views. It was rainy and cold during our visit, but we were able to sit and watch the waves and still feel like we were at the beach. Things to note about this property: sheets and towels are NOT included. Also, the TV was not a 'SmartTV' or at least was not working during our stay.

Great place and location - nice ocean views

Very nicely maintained and clean property. We only stayed two nights but it was great. You will need to bring your own or rent beach chairs and umbrellas and all sheet sets for beds. Also you will need bath and beach towels, hand towels for bathroom, shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, coffee, water etc. (no brita pitcher). Much of this is stated in the details but something to consider when comparing properties or when packing. Tricia was very responsive and a pleasure to rent from. We would rent here again but hopefully for a longer stay.

Fabulous Penthouse!!!

We all loved this condo. Great kitchen equipped with everything needed. All the bedrooms are very large and spacious as well as a massive balcony. We enjoyed the massive high definition TV in the living room. Fantastic property all around. Very kind host as well.

Sea colony was amazing

The check in process was very easy and quick. Was surprised when we arrived that they had rolling bins to use to carry all your belongings up to the unit. The condo is spacious, has amazing views, and centrally located. Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit especially for the amount paid to stay and cleaning fee(couch looked dirty so we put sheets on it, lots of build up dust on a few higher reaching items like vents and bedroom fan, and we wore shoes/socks while in unit as otherwise your feet would be black). Fully stocked kitchen with great appliances and some games to play were nice to have. Although it was great to have 2 parking passes parking is definitely a major inconvenience especially if you have more then 2 cars. There were many times we would leave to go somewhere and come back and no where to park even though we had a pass. Lots of great restaurants, shops, and things to do very close by

Wonderful!

We had a lovely visit to Bethany Beach in June 2024. Part of what made this a great vacation were our accommodations. The condo was lovely! It was clean and offered plenty of seating options for our group of 6. Views of the beach were wonderful, too! The owners were very responsive and organized. Make sure that you note that you have to bring/rent your own linens. That’s a bit of a hassle, but it’s worth it for this great condo!
