    Located in a quiet corner of Sea Colony's Tennis Community adjacent to a large professionally-landscaped area great for kids of all ages to play, this first floor, single level 3-bedroom, 2-bath garden-style condo features a living and dining area (with updated wood laminate flooring), well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath, three carpeted bedrooms (including the master suite) and large wrap around porch and open deck. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, gas fireplace, Wifi. Wood laminate flooring in the living room and carpet in the bedrooms. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A very nice condo

We really enjoyed this rental. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped, making our stay enjoyable. The Sea Colony tram made getting to and from the beach easy, and we liked the quiet country feel of the neighborhood. Our stay was hassle free. Highly recommend.

Great Location

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean and well stocked. Although we did not cook dinners - we made use of all the local seafood restaurants. Taking the tram and not having to deal with parking, made our trips to the beach very easy. We would rent here again.

Fantastic Place To Stay

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was clean, updated and a great location. The only thing we did not love was we felt the king bed was a little worn and not the most comfortable to sleep on. Though everything else more then made up for it and we had such a great time that we just booked another stay there later this summer.

Great Vacation Condo

We shared this 3-bedroom condo with another couple, and it was roomy, comfortable, and also provided privacy. We lived the screened porch, and found a well-supplied kitchen. The cul-de-sac location was quiet and we’re near all amenities, shopping & the beach.

Awesome Condo!

This condo was amazing for us over a long weekend. We had 3 adults and 2 young children. The size was perfect and comfortable. It was probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in! We loved the location for our kids to be able to walk to the pool and the playground. We hope to stay there again next summer but for even longer!

Nice family time!!

Home was clean with fresh towels!! Rooms were spacious with very good water pressure for showers. This was our first vacation rental where there were many family pictures in the living room and also in the master bedroom. It gave the feeling that you were staying with a family member. Sea Colony had great ammenities!!

Amazing time at Sea Colony

We loved our stay at Sea Colony. We went for a long weekend and had three adults and 3 kids. The condo was the perfect amount of space for us, very clean and nicely furnished. The community is fantastic, we took the tram around and the girls tried to go to all 12 pools (we did 8). On our first night there was a bonfire on the beach and the girls liked that. We will absolutely be back!

We stayed at this condo for a 2-sister getaway. This is the second similar condo we stayed at Sea Colony and found this one to be clean and comfortable. We like the openness and roominess. We are grateful for a step stool to reach the shelves as neither one of us is tall to reach the high cabinet shelves. We always enjoy a screen-in porch, especially one with an outdoor table for dining. There were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and that is how we learned the dishwasher was not anchored. Also, since we do not have gas fireplaces, we didn’t know you could see the pilot light, but the fireplace looked great, had it not been such hot days. The large walk-in shower with a seat was great for my sister and the showerheads were one of the best. In all, the area is quiet and does not feel like you are at a beach area.
