    Location! Location! Location! This 2-bedroom (and loft), 2-bath resort getaway is centrally located, close to all The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community has to offer. Sea Colony's private beach is just two blocks (.3 miles) away, and the restaurants and shops at the Marketplace are less than 50 yards from the front door. It's an easy stroll to resort fitness centers, pools (indoor, outdoor and kiddie) and world class tennis center too! This beautifully-maintained vacation rental home away from home offers TWO master suites (one on the first floor and other on the second), large private deck, spacious well-equipped kitchen and more. Central air conditioning, washer and dryer. 3 TVs, DVD, Wifi., outdoor shower, wood-burning fireplace Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Great place to rent

The condo was exactly how it was portrayed in the pictures. Everything was clean and updated and the Sea Colony resort (that it's a part of) offers great amenities. It was a great place to stay!

The property was close to everything, well-kept with fresh towels, all the necessities to make for a great, hassle free trip. Highly recommend!

Great Home / Beautifully Decorated

We just returned from a stay at this home. It has a great location, in walking distance to the beach and is right next to the market with restaurants and ice cream. The home is also very nicely decorated and comfortable. Will stay again.

Wonderful home!

Cloud 9 as they call it is all that and more! Beautifully decorated and updated. Comfortable. A relaxing atmosphere. A short walk to get a bite to eat, grab an ice cream cone, or head over to the beach. Loved every minute of my stay.

Great family home with perfect location!

Loved it for a family getaway! Probably only negative is carpet looked a bit worn but it was the end of the season so understandable. Probably needs a good clean throughout house.

Far exceeded our expectations

Home was well cared for, well arranged, well stocked, and was very comfortable. Great location. We could walk or drive to beach. We could walk or drive to pools. We also had many hours quiet time in the condo and on the deck. Hosts showed they cared about their condo and guests.

This house was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay for vacation. Once Vacasa came and made the beds (after I called them) there were no other issues. Beautiful community. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. Had our fill of crushes!!

Great beach bungalow!

We loved our stay here. The home was comfy and clean. The location was great—walking distance to both the beach and restaurants and a quick drive to the fitness center. Plenty of space for a family of four. A couple of little things would have made the stay even better: it would be great to have some basic supplies in the house, eg sugar, detergent. Also, we could not find sheets for the first floor queen bed—it just had a plastic cover and bedspread.

Vacation at 908 Singles Court

Very nice unit.Well equipped kitchen.Missed having a grill on the deck. Had a hard time unlocking the door and getting through to Resortquest was impossible. A broom for the inside would have come in handy. But all in all we had a great week and we felt most people were very aware of social distancing and wore masks.

Cute hideaway!

I had never been to Bethany beach before. The townhouse was in SUCH A good area. Very private and everyone was so nice. Wish we could’ve checked in Earlier since we were traveling. 4 hours and had fo kill some time. I also wish we could’ve checked out an hour later so we could shower!l before heading home. The toilet in the downstairs had to be refilled whenever we wanted to flush it. But overall a great stay, just wish it was closer to the pool! But still not far at all. I did not know we had to get beach passes before going to the pool, that email was sent to spam. So we walked all the way over for me to have to walk all the way back. Very clean/homey home! Would absolutely stay again.
