“The accommodation is in an old brownstone row-house with charm and located in a nice area close to good restaurant options and to the Woodley Street Metro station and bus stops serving downtown DC. Though old, the basic necessities are very clean and well maintained.”

“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

Comfy also....nice comfy bed, hot shower and the location was close to TONS of eating/drinking....Maxwells wine bar, Ghost Burger, Lost and Found bar, great coffee places withinn walking --Joy coffee house. We will book again here, my brother was a 10 minute walk from us, so convenient!!”

“Overall, this is a great one bedroom affordable option close to convention center. I was by myself for business so wasn’t in the apt much over my 3-night stay. I never received check-in instructions until I called and asked, but someone did pick up and was very responsive. Check-in after that was easy. The apt felt safe and was very clean. This is in the heart of the city and right off a busy street so there was some light pouring into the bedroom and street chatter and noise at night, but...

“Furnishings (couch) was old and uncomfortable. Neighbors were noisy late into evening. No drinking glasses in cupboard or ice tray in the freezer.A small dresser in the closet would be a nice addition.”
