The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area provides a spacious and welcoming environment, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space while offering lovely views of the surrounding landscape.



    The property includes three generously sized bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for family or guests, along with a stylish and modern family bathroom finished to a high standard.



    Step outside onto the private balcony, complete with outdoor furniture, where you can sit back and enjoy the tranquil surroundings and fresh countryside air.

    The Space:

    This stunning and modern luxury lodge offers a beautifully designed space that perfectly blends comfort, style, and relaxation. Thoughtfully finished throughout, the lodge provides a peaceful retreat surrounded by scenic lodge park views and countryside beyond.



    At the heart of the lodge is the spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, creating a welcoming and sociable environment. The living room features plush grey sofas with ample seating, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring. These face a delightful fire surround, creating a cosy focal point, while large windows framed with luxurious curtains add an elegant touch and invite in plenty of natural light.



    The dining area provides generous seating, perfect for enjoying meals together, and flows seamlessly into the stunning modern kitchen. Designed with both style and practicality in mind, the kitchen features a skylight, stylish cabinets, a breakfast bar, and all the appliances needed for comfortable self-catering. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the room while offering scenic views across the lodge park and surrounding countryside.



    The master bedroom is a tranquil and spacious retreat, offering a large king-size bed, full-length windows, a dressing area, and convenient access to a modern En-Suite. Two further bedrooms each feature two single beds, with one of the rooms offering the flexibility to be converted into a king-size bed if required.     For those travelling by bus, Beverley has a well-served bus station with routes connecting the town to surrounding villages and popular destinations including Hull, York, Hornsea, and Driffield, making it easy to explore the wider region without a car.
