I booked this listing 2 days prior to arrival. The booking was confirmed and I was charged. When me and my family arrived to the destination, we tried to contact the host with no response. I copied the number from the VRBO app and texted the host on WhatsApp requesting info to help get into the apartment. The host responded and said “the listing was unavailable. Sorry”. They didn’t respond any further after I requested more information and for them to process a refund. I had to contact VRBO directly to get this resolved. I wouldn’t trust this host and suggest you go with another listing.
