“Run with limited staff probably keeps the rates low and so no complaints. Rooms are good well styled but housekeeping and time are taking a toll on linen cleanliness….we got ours replaced each time. We stayed for extended periods and felt quite at home. Would recommend and will stay again. Kitchen serves adequate food for breakfast but better to look elsewhere for lunch or dinner.”

Location: there are some local small restaurants and markets nearby, it is easy to get a rickshaw, cab, Uber or Ola. Staff shown inappropriate behavor. Breakfast: only 2 slices of bread omellete.”

A good, quite location. The manager went out of his way to ensure we had an exceptional stay and even packed a small lunch and water for us when we left. “I checked in in the afternoon from international travel . They can’t provide hot water in the evening for bath . They said hot water available only in the morning . I informed them my check out in the morning by 6 am and ensure hot water. And nobody there to ensure hot water availability in the morning before I check out ”

“The hotel doesnot honor online services mentioned. It was mentioned that we would have free breakfast but hotel denied it and said to contact hotels.com Tried to call and chat both to hotels.com but they were unreachable. Extremely disappointed by hotels.com. Have never came across such a pathetic lack of customer service before. Also, the hotel doesn't have twin beds. They will give you mattress to sleep of floor if you are more than 2 adults. Only good thing was that the room was clean which...
