No hot water, no useable bath tub (which was what sold us on it), very poor wifi so problematic tv. Grimy pool. Restaurant shut at 4 and had no menu. The very worst thing was we spoke to the manager and he really either didn't understand what the problem was or didn't see why any of that should be a problem. This is very confused. It's not really a hotel and no one made our bed. It's on a main road and under the flight path. Lovely manager but we felt like we'd beaten him to the ground by complaining and taken the food from the mouths of his children. We got a 50% refund but only because we asked twice. I mean, this is someone who held his hand under some very lukewarm/cold water and siad it was hot so.... Oh, and all the lovely grounds are up a hill behind you.
