“The check in process was wonderful. We received warm greetings from the front desk staff and it was helpful that she was proficient with speaking English. The thermal pools and the breakfast buffet were the best parts of our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again!”

“Awesome Skihotel! Our stay was in fall, great for hiking at the high Tatra. The room (3 beds) was big & very comfortable. Bathroom a little bit tiny but nice. Great for a family stay. Sauna, hot tub, steambath, professional gym (a lot of weights, machines, heavy barbells), kids playroom, adult recreational room (pool billard, kicker table, table tennis...) Nice reastaurant, cool bar, very good breakfast. And there is aThermal Bath across the street.”

“Fint,stilig, rent,Wifi på rommet. Serviceorientert høflig personell. 3 min gågange til Terma Bania/badeland. God mat (frokost, middagsbuffé). 5min til bussholdeplass.Det tar ca. 45 min til Zakopane. Ikke aircondition på rommet, ikke speil, ikke søppelbøtte på rommet. Felles kjøleskap,microbølgeovn, kopper, vannkoker og te/kaffe i gangen. En del støy hvis noen lager mat om natten og en har rom i nærheten. Vårt opphold var reservert og betalt lenge i forveien men det viste seg at hotellet fikk...

“Alt greit, bare mangler utstyr å regulere klima i rommet. Baderom vasken og kraner skulle fornyes, litt tett i vasken. Veldig fornøyd med frokost. Takk”

“Very nice and friendly staff. Place is very nice and modern although in classic Polish Highlander style. Food was excellent and there was no problem to accommodate different diatary needs. There is an great spa in the basement with sauna and salt cave to relax. ”

“Perfect property for visiting nearby ski slopes. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again if we come back to the area. Parking was busy directly outside property, but there were plenty of spaces in the main car park area. Communication was great before arrival and our questions were answered quickly.”

“The photos are misleading, they show a different facility than the one we slept in... We've got room in other (older) building with not so good conditions. The room smelled very badly of sewage, we had to ventilate it a lot. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really delicious, it compensated us for the disadvantages and we generally remember the trip well. Someone very talented takes care of the breakfast food there.”
