An oasis of peace and quiet, in the middle of forests and meadows, away from the hustle and bustle of noisy roads, there is a well-maintained property with a unique holiday apartment. A comfortable, very spacious (up to 185 square meters of living space) holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building. It is prepared to receive a group of 10 guests. It has an independent entrance from the outside. The apartment consists of a living room, 5 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. The living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment has central heating. A washing machine is provided. Wireless internet. There is a covered terrace and plenty of area for games, play and idyllic sunbathing. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue facilities are available. There is a playground and a safe car park on the well-maintained, fenced area. An unusual attraction for children is also a husky dog kennel, which is located in a fenced area. If you want to experience the area from a unique perspective, the owner offers dog sledding tours (for a fee). You can also rent one of the two quad bikes from the owner and go exploring on your own. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water and gas consumption, final cleaning, internet, parking, baby cot and high chair (prior notification required). Attractions in the area: The biggest attraction is the unspoilt nature that surrounds the habitat. There are excellent conditions around for hiking and cycling. Nordic walking sticks and bicycles can be rented from the owner for free. In the near distance (approx. 1.8 km) there is a horse farm, where you can take horse riding lessons. A larger town (Biały Bór) is approx. 5 km away. The city has a rich gastronomic and commercial offer. In addition, there are 2 beautiful lakes waiting in Biały Bór. On one of them (Lake Łobez) there is a sandy beach and water equipment rental. You can also go to the much larger Wierzchowo lake (approx. 9 km). There you can also rent water equipment and enjoy first-class water.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
