Welcome to your accommodation. "Argia" means "light" in Basque. It was the brightness of this space that inspired its name.

By choosing to stay at Argia, you'll discover a charming T2 apartment of 40 m2. The square footage does not include the mezzanine as it's not possible to stand fully upright there; it serves as a sleeping or reading nook.

The living room features a sofa for relaxation, convertible into a double bed for 2 persons. WiFi is also available to keep you connected.

An open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator including freezer compartment, a 3-burner gas stove, hood, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as dishes, pots, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The bedroom includes a double bed and a closet for storing your clothes. Each window is equipped with roller shutters, and Velux windows have blinds to ensure complete darkness for a good night's sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towel warmer, and toilet.

A lovely private balcony of 9 m2, not overlooked, allows you to dine outdoors with up to 6 guests.

Included services for your stay:

- Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Linens are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Soft bath towels and bath mats are also included. All items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface cleaning at the end of the stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

You will meet a member of the Homies Holidays team who will assist you throughout your stay. Our team speaks French, English, and Spanish. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance organizing your stay.

**Advantages:**
- Dog friendly: We accept one dog during your stay with a supplement of 15 euros per night. A basket, two bowls, a sofa cover, a brush, and a towel for wiping paws are provided.
- Nearby shuttle stop: Provides transportation throughout Biarritz.
- Walking distance to amenities: Local shops (casino, pharmacy), restaurants (Dino Pizza).
- Key box with code: Allows access to the accommodation without time constraints (from 16:00 onwards).

**Disadvantages:**
- No elevator in the building; you will need to climb 1 floor with your luggage. Our team can assist if you arrive with one of our members.
- No private parking space, but free parking is available on Rue Marceau and nearby.
- Please note that our charming accommodation is located in an old building, which means you may occasionally hear neighbors above. You cannot stand upright in the mezzanine due to the low ceiling.

The Chelitz/Saint-Martin neighborhood in Biarritz is a peaceful and charming residential area, ideal for those seeking tranquility without being far from amenities. Situated slightly away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, this neighborhood offers a pleasant living environment with a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere.

Saint-Martin hosts various local shops such as bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, and small supermarkets, making daily life convenient for residents. Although located in a quieter area, the neighborhood is just a few minutes by car or bus from Biarritz's main attractions, including beaches, the historic center, museums, and renowned restaurants.

In summary, the Chelitz/Saint-Martin neighborhood is an ideal option for those looking for a peaceful environment while still enjoying the vibrancy of Biarritz.

## Transit

If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:
- Free shuttle N11: This free shuttle serves the city center and the lighthouse. The stop is only 93 meters from your starting point, making it very convenient. You can check schedules and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: A quick and convenient option for getting around Biarritz. Allow about 10 minutes to reach the SNCF train station or the airport. The fare for this distance is approximately 15 to 20 euros during the day.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or in the surrounding area. It's recommended to check signage to avoid parking violations.
- Biarritz has a bike path available for cycling.

## Notes

Here is information regarding booking conditions and check-in options with Homies Holidays:

- Once the booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- You have two options for check-in:
- Self check-in at any time from 16:00 onwards. In this case, you will receive instructions to access your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
- Be greeted by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 16:00 and 19:00. If you arrive after 19:00, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 21:00, the supplement will be 50 euros.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation with a supplement.
