Welcome to CALYPSO, a fully renovated 120 m² semi-detached house, designed to offer comfort, modernity and a welcoming atmosphere.

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this 4-room house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Its generous living spaces, veranda, terrace and excellent facilities make it an ideal base for a family or group stay in Biarritz.

Spread over two floors, the house includes:
🛋️ A spacious living room, perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
🍳 A fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, combined gas and induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ground coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils.
🌿 A bright veranda, with a dining table for up to 6 people, ideal for family and group meals.
🌞 A 27 m² terrace, with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the sunshine.
🔥 A gas plancha, perfect for outdoor meals.
🚿 Two bathrooms:
ground floor: a shower room with a separate toilet;
first floor: a bathroom with shower, double washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.
🛏️ Three bedrooms upstairs:
Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed, 160 × 200 cm;
Bedroom 2: two single beds, 80 × 200 cm, and a wardrobe;
Bedroom 3: Queen Size bed, 160 × 200 cm, washbasin and wardrobe.

To make your stay more comfortable, several services are included:
🫧 Welcome amenities: soap, shampoo, toilet paper and essential toiletries are available upon arrival.
🧺 Bed linen and towels: the beds are made up for your arrival. Bath towels and bath mats are also provided. The linen is cleaned and sanitised by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.
🧹 End-of-stay cleaning: our cleaning team carries out a surface clean after your departure to prepare the house for the next guests.

CALYPSO is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, offering a peaceful setting while remaining close to central Biarritz.
The town centre is approximately 15 minutes away on foot, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, cafés and the lively atmosphere of the city.

🌊 The seafront, beaches and water activities are easily accessible from the house.

Several options are available for getting around Biarritz:

🚌 Public transport: the Txik Txak network provides easy access to Biarritz and the surrounding area. Timetables and routes are available on their website.

🚕 Taxi: a convenient option for reaching the train station or airport, among other destinations. Allow around 15 minutes depending on traffic.

🚗 Parking: parking options are available near the property. We recommend checking local signs and parking regulations carefully when you arrive.

🕓 Your arrival

The accommodation is available from 4:00 PM.

A member of our team will welcome you between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

For arrivals after 7:00 PM, an additional fee of €30 may apply.

For arrivals after 9:00 PM, an additional fee of €50 may apply.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, our team will contact you to organise your arrival.

📖 A welcome booklet is available in the accommodation. It contains useful information for your stay, including Wi-Fi details, Homies Holidays contact information, local recommendations, practical information about the house, check-out instructions and the house rules.

🕙 Your departure

The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Please respect the check-out time so that our team can prepare the property for the next guests.

Late check-out may be available depending on availability and must be agreed in advance with Homies Holidays. Additional fees may apply.
