Surrounded by the beautiful Tombolo pine forest and situated in a strategic location, you can reach wonderful cities such as Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Populonia, and the island of Elba in less than an hour from here. The resort offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant family vacation. Among other things, you’ll find a pool with a slide, a children’s wading pool, entertainment, a mini-club, a restaurant/pizzeria, takeout, a bar, a mini-market, a convenience store, a playground, soccer and volleyball fields, outdoor fitness equipment, a sauna, and many other services such as bicycle rentals. Just a 15-minute drive away, you’ll also find a large water park (Acqua Village) and an amusement and recreation park (Cavallino Matto). The resort is car-free, making it ideal for children, as they can move about freely.<br>The Happy Plus accommodation sleeps 7 people. The mobile home features three bedrooms: one with a double bed (190 x 140 cm) and two with two single beds each (190 x 70 cm). There is a sleeping area in the living room for an additional person. The Happy Plus mobile home features a living room and an open-concept kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, range hood, refrigerator, and freezer. An Italian espresso pot is provided. The mobile home has a bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet. All rooms have electrical outlets, and all bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The partially covered wooden deck, furnished with a table, chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and an electric grill or griddle, is the perfect spot to relax while the children play on the playground. Half-board or full-board meals can also be booked on-site upon request. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The sandy beach is located just 700 meters from the resort and can be reached via a pleasant walking path (you’ll pass through a shady, wonderfully fragrant section of pine forest). During the peak season, you can also take the little train, which takes you about 350 meters close to the beach. The beach is wide and gently sloping, making it ideal for families. In addition to a private beach area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, there’s also plenty of space on the public beach. There is a beach bar where you can enjoy a light snack in the shade.<br>POOL<br>The resort features a large pool with a slide as well as a children’s wading pool.
