Situado en el centro, entre el lago y laderas y pie de tiendas cercanas

La Cerena Chalet es una casa de montaña en la parte baja de la familia Moonridge que está a menos de una milla de la montaña del oso y tan cerca del campo de golf y restaurantes de la zona. Coger el autobús de transporte a las pistas al otro lado de Moonridge Rd. A los niños les encanta la habitación extra para hacer ángeles de nieve y construir un muñeco de nieve en el patio lateral grande nivel. El patio también está cercado por la seguridad de sus hijos y perro.

Calentar cerca de la chimenea de leña en la sala de estar acogedora con una decoración preciosa montaña y disfrutar de los sabores y olores de la cocina casera de montaña en la cocina junto con la tabla que se abre para asentar 8 personas (con mesa debajo de las escaleras). La cocina está totalmente equipada excepto que no hay lavavajillas. Hay una planta baja baño completo y lavadero práctico habitación / cuartito de la entrada con la lavadora y secadora en la parte trasera de la casa. Internet Wi-Fi y DVD / VCR bajo el nuevo televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar.

El dormitorio de la planta baja tiene una nueva cama King y TV. Arriba, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con TV y DVD, y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas de matrimonio y una litera doble. Las habitaciones comparten otro baño completo. Una cama doble y TV para los juegos y reproductor de vídeo en la alcoba espaciosa permite una mayor versatilidad para dormir y jugar el juego.

La Cerena es perfecto para los recuerdos de montaña de verano o invierno.

On the positive side, the location was great. Quiet street and neighborhood close to everything, including easy walking distance to great hikes on Bristlecone Trail. Outside appeared to have been painted recently and was nice in appearance. Very spacious inside, comfortable beds with plenty of sheets and towels.On negative side, not clean with stains on carpets and walls, dust everywhere on blinds and ceiling fans, cobwebs and dead spiders and flies in all window sills, and somebody left towel and washcloths in the dryer with one washcloth appearing to have red wine stains (or bloodstains?) and a badly soiled hand towel. A floor fan was broken and useable. The kitchen pans were in complete disarray, and never found any lid for any of the frying pans. Many of the pans were well past their lifespans. Several spoons appeared to have been put down the garbage disposal with rough edges. A couple of the kitchen cabinets had loose hinges which should be repaired before one or more fall off. I'm guessing the owners are new at this and trying to cut expenses to have a positive net flow, as when we arrived for our 3-week stay there was only 1/2 roll of paper towels and maybe 5 rolls of single-ply sandpaper-like TP. Not classy, not cool. No Kleenex or paper napkins, all of which have been supplied (along with much better quality TP) at all other VRBOs where we have stayed in the past. Also, during our stay, the front doorknob fell off and a section of back fence came down.

Place had potential but clearly isn't kept up as well as it should. Spider webs, unclean carpet that smells. Only shampoo in the house with dish soap. No hand soap. Ants were all over the kitchen. Initially confusion over who was managing the property. Initially said we didn't have a reservation then finally found it. When I asked for more ant traps, no response and to be honest it wasn't clear who the person to contact was.

Absolutely Exceptional!

The property was in a great location next to the alpine zoo and though there was a slight issue at the cabin, the service was absolutely exceptional and we cannot praise them enough! Form the easy check in, quick response time and clear communication, to going above and beyond to accommodate my health needs! I even left a bag in the cabin they retrieved it for us no fuss our phone tag, that’s quality service. The service my family and I received was beyond anything I’ve never experienced or expected from a vacation rental. It doesn’t matter what property it is, my next booking in Big Bear will be with Ken and his team!

Cute place in the woods!

If you're looking for a cozy get away that has all the ambience of a pharaohs tomb, look no further! Upon entry you'll see an eccletic mix of furniture and antiques, paired with stow-away walkers and wrapping paper. This house screams, "grandma finally succumbed to her mortal coil and now we can turn her legacy into a vacation home." If you're planning on staying for more than a day, bring bug safe containers as there are ants all throughout the kitchen. If you have asthma please be advised as there is not only ceiling mold due to poorly ventilated bathrooms, but also some very serious water damage from the upstairs bathroom leaking into the gaps between floors, dripping into the kitchen. This place is everything you'd expect from a California rental, with a few added perks of endless roadway construction that has the accessible roads to home closed off. That's not the owners fault, but absolutely something that should be specified. Overall wasn't a bad stay, there was no damage to anyone, just wish we would have been more prepared for what we were walking into.

Great location and ample room

We got lucky that it snowed, we have enough space throughout the house, even though it was cold outside the heater worked great. It was a block away from a wilderness area where we got to use our personal sleds.

Quint cabin in a nice neighborhood

Property manager, Laurel was very pleasant and responded quickly. Cabin is a little on the older side but we’d definitely stay again. Only thing I wish was different was that they have a dishwasher, dinning table (or more padded bar stools) and a patios set on the porche. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect family cabin

Favorite part was the dog run in the backyard. Definitely was not expecting it. The house had everything to cook with, towels and lots of extra chairs. Definitely will stay here again💕

Typical rental furniture and decor. Was pleasantly surprised to have two king beds in larger rooms and the bunks and fulls in one room was perfect for our kids. Smoke detectors were just hanging and pocket door into upstairs’ bath wouldn’t open, but all in all it worked for us.
