We apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. If you would have informed us of the heater we could have fixed it for you. When we have storms and power outages sometimes we need to reset things if the pilot blows out. As far as our fees these are in the policy that you agree to as well as the description. We do not have shady fees or any hidden fees. Our cabins are rustic as it does say in the description. This resort was built in the 50's. We do apologize again.

Im sorry you felt the floor was dirty even after I mopped it for you again upon your request. All the burners work we could have taught you how to use that stove it is tricky. The pool was closed as you tried to go in after hours. There were no dirty sheets in your closet those are extra blankets that were folded in the closet which we discussed during your stay. I am sorry you felt the need to leave a poor review even after our staff had gone above and beyond to fix any issues you had.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your trip. The pollen caused a lot of problems with air quality, dusty cabins, and the pool not looking clear enough for the city. We hope you will give us another chance and maybe stay in one of our cabins that has a newer look. The cabin you chose is one of our cheaper cabins and is older than some other cabins on property. I can assure you that the cabin was clean and sanitized before arrival. We hope you have a wonderful day.

Hello we are very sorry you had an issue with the hot water. I did check the cabin right after you had told me you had already checked out and there was hot water. During the winter months we have to let the water run for several minutes to get it to where it needs to go. We really hope you give us a second chance and again we apologize for any inconvenience that was cause during your stay.

Hello Jennifer we are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Our maintenance guy was working on the trash when you had come but he could not take everything in one trip. The cabin is designed for 2 people if extra guests will be coming we need to be notified so we can add the extra's into the cabin for you. We do apologize that you do not feel that we had enough necessities, however we only provide the bare minimum for our guests use. Extra supplies also would need to be requested before check in. We do hope you will give us another chance. Thank you

Hello Laura I apologize that you had to wait for me to walk up to the office as I was helping another guest, just as others had to wait while I helped you find your cabin. The property is filled with leaves and dirt as it is the time of year where everything is frozen and falling from the trees. I am sorry you do not feel the cabin was properly cleaned. The cabin was inspected the morning of your checked in and passed inspection. When I came to make your fire about 2 hours after you had checked in you did not tell me of any issues and you were enjoying yourself with your children. I do apologize about the spiders that you found there were no spiders in the morning when the cabin was inspected.

I am sorry you feel that way however I do not feel your review is accurate since you never even stayed with us. I did try to contact you several times with the number you had on file days before your reservation date as well as the day of to inform you of a family emergency and let you know to call me so you would have been able to receive a virtual check in. You never responded to my calls or text messages. We would love for you to come and stay with us so you can rate us on our rooms, grounds and your overall actual stay.
