It was a great location. Easy to get in. Dark to find, front porch light only is on with motion and doesn't stay in ling. Parking is stacked, so back vehicle cannot get out without moving front vehicle. Trees drop sap, so super bummed I brought my brand new truck of a few months old to be sapped all over.House is fairly clean, needs a good cleaning. Dusty cob webs, dirty corners especiallyin bathrooms, hairs throughout (in bed is super gross, so did the sheets get cleaned?). There is no bunk bed as in photo, so that was a bummer. Heater is super noisy so it wakes you all night long, need to turn TV up super loud to hear over heater. Air intake is super dusty. Master bed has a sliding glass door that we could not access the back porch due to the blinds being broken and only raise up on opposite side of the door. It wasn't horrible, just sleeping was rough and sap on my months old truck was super bummer. It is an awesome location to snow summit. I like my sleep, so not sure I'd stay here again cuz I don't love the musty mildew smell, plus the dirty doors and bathroom walls and dusty cob webs and noisy heater. It is a nice house, just needs a better cleaner and someone needs to address the air flow. Fan won't run to spread the heat & air (smell) around. Heater kicks off after every degree, so it is on and off all night long.Host was super available and kind.
