The host, AvantStay, was very responsive to requests we had regarding the rental. We stayed 9 days and for the first couple of days the WiFi was out more than it was working. We contacted the host and they immediately came out, contacted spectrum, and that day had the issue resolved. Picked up over 30 roofing nails and screws from the outside decks. Hot water would intermittently go out but it was an easy fix. Kitchen could use some additional silverware, very few forks and spoons. Dishwasher has some issues. Better to clean dishes by hand. Shower head in master bath barely worked. Removed it and had a better shower without it. Reported all of these issues to Avant during our stay. All of that being said, we had an amazing time. House location was great. Right on the lake. Huge property. Very secluded. Very close to the village and downtown. Stocked with plenty of bath and jacuzzi towels, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided. Gas fireplaces in living room and master bedroom were amazing. Rained almost everyday during our trip so we stocked up on firewood, gathered around the fireplace, watched movies and played games. Jacuzzi was great. Would definitely stay there again.
