Cozy Cove Retreat is a spectacular cabin that has lake access with a private dock, a game room, a gas fireplace, air conditioning, & more! The kitchen is fully-stocked and all bedding & linens are provided by our professional cleaning crew. This fantastic cabin is the perfect getaway for family, friends, & pets! **NOTE: This is in a lower water table of the lake so water levels can be too shallow or even no water for boats, fishing and swimming during certain times in the seasons.

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS

* Note: This property has central air conditioning throughout the entire cabin and an extra mini-split AC upstairs.

* Living Room: The downstairs living room with a remote controlled gas fireplace, vaulted knotty pine ceiling, hardwood floor, charming decor, amazing lake views, & TV with streaming services. The large sectional sofa has a double pull out sofa bed. All televisions in Cozy Cove Retreat have a variety of free streaming services including Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+.

* Kitchen: The fully-stocked & open-concept kitchen is located downstairs next to the living room and dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a gas range, a toaster oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer. It also has a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests, a blender, a hot water kettle, coffee makers (standard and Keurig), a garbage disposal, bead-board cabinetry, and access to the patio. There is a high chair available for your convenience.

* Dining Area: The downstairs open-concept dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 guests.

* Game Loft: The upstairs game room is a loft with an air hockey table and an arcade console with a variety of classic video games. Video games include PacMan, Donkey Kong, Frogger, and other classics titles.

* Laundry Area: There is a washer and dryer located on the lower level underneath the staircase.

* Bedroom #1: This downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed, a Fire TV with streaming services, carpet floor, and a closet.

* Bedroom #2: This downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed, carpet floor, a closet, and a Fire TV with streaming services.

* Bedroom #3: This upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds, carpet floor, a Smart TV with streaming services, and a ceiling fan.

BATHROOMS: Cozy Cove Retreat has 2 full bathrooms.

* Bathroom #1: This full bedroom adjacent to Bedroom #1 is located downstairs. It has a shower and bathtub combination.

* Bathroom #2: This full ensuite bathroom for Bedroom #3 is located upstairs and has a walk-in shower.

OUTSIDE: Cozy Cove Retreat is located on a large 0.34 acre lot with a big wraparound deck, direct lake access, and a fire pit.

* Dock: This is a lakefront cabin that has a private dock available for guest use.

* Deck: The huge deck has a gas BBQ grill, picnic table for outdoor dining, and Adirondack chairs. Please note that the backyard is not fully fenced and the driveway gate may be challenging to close, so we suggest leaving it open, especially during the rainy and winter time.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people & 3 parked cars for Cozy Cove Retreat.

Cozy Cove Retreat is centrally located near all Big Bear activities and a quick 6-8 minute drive to Big Bear Village downtown shops & restaurants.

LOCAL RECREATION: Biking, bowling, camping, go kart racing, gold mining, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, snow play, snowshoeing, stargazing, ziplining, etc.
