    Welcome to your mountain escape! This privately owned, fully equipped two-story townhome is perfectly situated at the base of Snow Summit Mountain Resort, just a short walk to Chair Lift #4. Whether you’re skiing or snowboarding in winter or exploring Big Bear’s hiking trails, lake activities, and charming village in the warmer months, this home is your perfect year-round basecamp.

    Step outside to enjoy peaceful hikes through the San Bernardino National Forest, strolls in Big Bear Village, or a day at the lake during spring, summer, and fall. Nearby you’ll find golf courses, spas, outdoor concerts, live theater, dining, shopping, and nightlife. all just minutes away.

    In winter, you can’t get any closer to the slopes, park once and spend the day playing without moving your car.

    Inside, the open floor plan makes entertaining easy and comfortable, whether hosting a weekend getaway or relaxing with family. Fully furnished and with a kitchen stocked with cookware and essentials, you can dine in or explore Big Bear’s many excellent restaurants.

Host was amazing! We loved our cabin. It was right next to the slopes which was perfect for ski in/ski out. We loved using the fireplace and hot tub.

Great location! We would stay again. We were at Snow Summit for a downhill mountain bike event and you couldn’t get any closer to the mountain. The Town Trail was out the back door. The condo is rustic and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We all slept well. The host was responsive and friendly.

townhouses are nice, pool was heated, the communication could be improved as we did not receive check in instructions until we asked for them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for the weekend with our son who was running the Spartan Races. We could watch some of the races from the PERFECT balcony location at the base of Snow Summit! Place had everything we needed, a clean jacuzzi for after his runs and more. Highly recommend, we will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly good but unit needs a hair dryer and we didn’t have shampoo and ran out of Kleenex. We have stayed in this unit multiple times and over all love it. Office staff was great and helpful.

We will be back!
