Parking
Parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Vehicles must be parked in the driveway per city code!
During winter months, snow conditions may require AWD/4WD or tire chains due to the sloped driveway.
Pet Friendly
We happily welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
Pet fee: $50 per pet, per day.
Please keep pets off furniture when possible, clean up after them, and do not leave them unattended unless properly crated. The back patio is fenced in and safe for supervised pets, however the backyard area is not fenced in. Highly recommend all pets be on leashes and supervised as the area leads to the forest and does have active wildlife. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary, due to not cleaning up after pets, excessive fur removal, damage, and per spot/pile clean up.
Guest Access:
There are two areas you do not have access to. A portion of the closet in bedroom 2, along with a closet in the ski storage area. Both areas are locked. Don’t worry, you’re not missing much.

Getting Around:
Vehicle is highly recommended. Ride share programs and taxis are VERY limited. There is public transit called Mountain transit. Please see their direct site for routes. The home is not on their route.
Other Things to Note:
Reminder- This is the mountains. We do our best to control what we can. We spray and leave bait for pests, do our best to prevent rodents, and remove weeds throughout the year. Our home does have sap producing trees.
Ants- Ants are unavoidable. The home is maintained by Terminix, but it does not fully prevent them. Do your part by wiping countertops. Please make sure to put food away and not on counters. We provide spray under the kitchen sink for in between Terminix sprays.,
City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be always respected. Please review the city rules. This is verbatim. Please ask property manager any questions you might have regarding the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy. Please don’t bother the neighbors or attempt to look into their properties!
Do not exceed the occupancy limit (9 including infants and children). Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard (3 vehicles). Parking is only permitted in the driveway. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. This is part of the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from
10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! (This home allows 2 dogs only)
Take trash to dumpster locations. Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite.
Clean Bear locations:4190 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. (this is a City of Big Bear Lake rule, not ours) It’s a very easy process and right on your way into town.
Consequences: Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines: The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the reservation holder.
