My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. The property is a described and convenient to Big Bear area. It is a great sized little cabin for two people. The single bathroom is TINY... not sure how 4-6 people would do sharing it for very long. It is about the size of a bathroom on an RV or boat. The kitchen was well equipped, but missing a couple basics like a can opener or pair of scissors. The beautiful wine fridge in the listing is fully stocked with beer and wine, but it is locked. I think the host must collect bottles left behind and locks them up in there (for what purpose i don't know). The AC, heat, and fireplace all worked well and made for cozy stay. Location: the cabin is directly across the street from the athletic field of the local middle school and you can hear the children all day and into the evening. The property and driveway is shared on a lot that has about 4 or 5 other cabins. Directly next door is another collection of cabins that is not well kept and is cluttered with objects, broken down vehicles and all other manner of things. Despite the Good Neighbor Policy all renters must sign, this property has amplified music and loud voices throughout the evenings. The noise from that and the school didn't bother us too much but if you're looking for seclusion and consistent quiet this probably isn't your best bet. Overall we loved our stay - cooking dinner each night and eating it around the large table.
