“Great space for guiding a yoga class on the main floor. Had a blanket of snow fall so we had a great time with our snowshoes and cross country skis. Prepared some delicious meals using the kitchen. My friends enjoyed the space.”

“Great stay just feet from the lake. Our cottage had the wonderful feel of what you’d expect staying in northern Wisconsin. Our hosts were most attentive to any needs that might arise. Eagles flew right over, loons treating us to their songs, very quiet setting. Kayaked around Durphee Lake and into the neighboring Schoolhouse Lake. Other lakes close by. Area is great if you like to walk. Convenient 10 minute ride to Hayward with a great northwoods vibe. Beautiful summer sunrises from our cottage...

“We LOVE staying here!! We have so much fun fishing, shopping, dining out. We have to see the Lumberjack show the next time we stay. It’s Fantastic!! We wish we could have stayed for a couple weeks! Such a beautiful cabin, wonderful jacuzzi! Relaxing and fishing was incredible! We caught close to 100 fish during are 5 day stay. The pontoon is a lot of fun! So relaxing & peaceful!! “A super cute and cozy cabin that is about a 25 min drive to the Brikie trailhead and downtown Hayward. We came up for the Birkie trail run and were super happy with the location. The owner is really nice and the resort dog, Vincent, is such a sweetheart! The lake is beautiful and the restaurant/bar is a great place to grab a bite to eat. Would stay here again!”
