“Lovely old cabin on a quiet, shallow lake. We liked the privacy even though the property manager was right next door. Cabin was well appointed with everything we needed for or 3 night stay. Only minor drawbacks that were not noted in the description were: * access to the lake - stairway was long and steep, no space on the dock for our boat, * had to haul luggage, coolers, etc. across ~80 yds of lawn to get to the cabin (and back, of course!)”

“If you're looking for a quaint, vintage lakeside cabin like the one your grandparents stayed at and want to be serenaded to sleep by loons, this is your place. A pileated woodpecker visited the adjacent woods in the morning. The cabin's creaky floorboards let you imagine the generations that have enjoyed themselves here. “Very clean and cute! Community was lovely and this particular property is close to the pool, games, etc but without being “bothered” by it. I would definitely stay here again. Only two things…property has ocean view but only a portion of the view is ocean. It is not what I would consider ocean front, as I expected. Also…if I were to make any suggestion for the host it would be to have a few Keurig coffee pods stocked. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere that doesn’t at least have “starter”...

“We stayed here for a long weekend with our 3-year-old and had a really nice time! Property was clean and comfortable, and the location was peaceful and quiet. We spent a lot of time just hanging out looking at the lake, canoeing, and attempting to fish off the dock. We really liked all the birds and wildlife to see right there on the property. Kitchen had all the basic gear you'd expect, although you'll want to bring your own spices, oils, etc. ”
