“I stayed at this cabin with three friends to celebrate our 60th birthday year. The cabin is in a quiet peaceful setting yet is convenient to Berkeley Springs and nearby Cacapon State Park. “This is a stunning, beautifully decorated, well stocked house with a view and an incredible river access point. We spent the days just lounging about in the river chatting with the occasional kayaker who passed by, sitting by the firepit at night, and playing games on the beautiful screened-in porch. Two fridges, games in the basement, easy water access - might be one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever had. Already planning on booking again for next year.”

“The place was clean and as expected. I didn’t get any check in information and when I reached out 2 hours before check in I got a response saying I’d get information 24-48 hours before check in. I called at 4 which was check in time and left a few messages on the app but didn’t get a response back until after 5pm with the code to get in. Otherwise the space was great.”

“The property is beautiful.I can only imagine how nice it will be after the renovations are complete. Lovely porch to sit on and watch the rain. Lovely private bath with beautiful clawfoot tub. I met my cousin here. It was half way between Pittsburgh and DC. We picked a bad few days, in that everything is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That gave us a lot of quiet time to relax”

“Charming home with no detail left undone. Host was very responsive and home was well equipped with anything you may need. The landscaped back yard with fire pit and lighted sitting area along with relaxing atmosphere were perfect. The hot tub was amazing at the end of a full day. Just a very short walk to the winery where we enjoyed delicious wines and live music. We will definitely return to this amazing home in a beautiful setting!”
