“Simply perfect! The location is fabulous and the property was perfect for a short stay. The space was immaculate and comfy. I appreciate that they allow one night reservations rather than requiring two nights. I will absolutely check the availability of this rental first when in the area again. ”

“We loved our stay at Katie’s place. Very inviting home! We loved the fire pit and pool. Very spacious for our family of 8 and still had room for more if needed!! We would definitely stay here again!”

“It was nice being right on the river! Enjoyed watching all the river action!! The boys really enjoyed the pool table and game room! Location is close to lots of amenities! We took kayaks down the river one day then launched tubes the next right from the property. Parked the truck down the river at a park and launch to land it was very convenient! ”

“What a fabulous weekend. We went to my granddaughter's debut of NCAA volleyball go Hilltoppers. What a beautiful home with such history. Definitely will return when we go back to Ashland. Thank you ”

“It was a great house. Clean and large for 2 bedrooms. Had pictures of house before it was remodeled which was interesting. Horses on the property we could pet. We talked to the owners. Hiked at Dundee Falls that was 10 minutes away. It was a good hike and shaded so we kept cool. Will definitely stay here again.Sometimes I didn't get answers to my questions in a timely manner or VRBO answered before our host. Will still stay here.”

“This was such a lovely place for our getaway! Everything was exactly as listed and very clean! Loved relaxing on the deck looking out at the beautiful view (with visits from the very friendly neighbor cat!) and playing games at the dining room table. One of the best stocked places we’ve stayed - everything we could have possibly needed was provided!”

“The entire experience was fantastic. The property exceeded our expectations and worked perfectly for us. If it had been available, we would have stayed longer. It is a beautiful home with beautiful upscale furnishings and appears to have been completely re-modeled / updated recently. Angela the host was very accommodating. I don’t know how anyone could provide a property that was any nicer. Super clean and everything practically brand new. The location is only two short blocks from Millersburg...

“The house was so clean and nice! The host left water and fresh cookies, fresh flowers on the table! There was several coffee’s to choose from a basket of snacks ! There was spices to use to cook if you wanted to! It was a great getaway we will definitely stay here again on our next visit! It was everything we hoped for and so much more ! I give 10 stars to this host ! It was really close to all the sites we wanted to see! ”
