good location

Negatives...Three bdrm but 3 dining rm chairs? Condos are not well built so a bit noisy. third bdrm no windows. Beds a little lumpy. Positives: Hot tub great, nice grill , bedding and towels very nice, hall ski locker, lots of pots and pans, gas fire place and easy access to the shuttle. Had soap, shampoo, conditioner etc

Well stocked and comfortable condo

Great condo with pretty much everything you need to make it your home for a week including all kinds of spices. Fantastic pots and pans although rubber scrapers for said pans could use updating. Hot tub was wonderful! Location fine but a bit inconvenient for coming home for lunch as it is not ski-in/out but we knew that in advance so no big deal.

NOT SKI-IN as Represented - Beware

Misrepresented as "Ski-In". Ski-In directions provided upon arrival indicated a long and remote path to "ski-in" and include a recommendation that "ski-in is difficult and not recommended". I have been skiing for a long time all over the country and would NEVER call this a ski-in unit. Plan on 15 minutes between driving, parking, and riding the free ski trailer/shuttle. Otherwise, the condo was a reasonable budget-oriented option (think Motel 6 quality). Would not stay again due to misrepresentation about ski-in capability.

Great place to stay for big sky ski resort!

This place we stayed at in big sky Montana was amazing! It was very clean and just as advertised on VRBO! My family: 2 daughters, my wife and I enjoyed ourselves immensely! We easily got to the ski in at the white otter lift, and out, back to the location. I would recommend this place to anyone. All I would recommend to the host is the addition of Wi-Fi to the property. Otherwise every other detail was accounted for. Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay at our Big Sky vacation! Robert

IDEAL LOCATION

Location allowed for a 10-15 minute commute, via a short walk and parking lot shuttle, to the base area. A big plus. Unit is very clean and more than adequately furnished with items required for every day cooking. To soothe the tired body, the hot tub was a bonus. Thank you Billie,

Very disappointed. Misrepresenting ski in with ridiculous instructions on how to get back to unit. It would be nice for someone to show you how to get back since it is very complicated. Hot tube didn’t work. Ran out of toilet paper and had to call owners to find out it was under the bed. Absolutely ridiculous No kitchen sponges or dish soap Main bedroom blinds didn’t have an adjustment rod Blinds in living room broken Third bedroom was like a closet with no space to put anything An adjustment in our fee would be appropriate What were the additional fee charge for and what was the service fee for?

Spacious, good location.

This place is a 5 minute walk to the parking lot shuttle to the base. We never waited more than 2 minutes for the shuttle. Super convenient. Two huge rooms with king beds. One small with queen. Some noise from people walking upstairs. Nice kitchen with quality pots, pans, etc. Excellent, private hot tub on patio. Strong wi fi.

Overstocked condo with plenty of room

This condo had everything we needed for our 7 night stay plus the hot tub was an added bonus. With so many options for three adults, this was definitely a hit. We used the gas grill nightly. Condo was clean, well stocked, quite, and plenty of room. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Big Sky

The condo has a very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped which was greatly appreciated. The condo was not ski in as marketed and the hike to the public shuttle was further than we had visualized. Maybe in different snow conditions you might have been able to ski back I don't know. The other point was that the third bedroom is really a modified closet with no window and a broken dresser. The private hot tub was very well maintained by a service. We would stay again but with the knowledge that it really isn't a ski in all the time and a good hike up hill to the shuttle. would be good for a young family.

Great Location Perfect for Skiing

We had a brief stay here in February 2022. It was cut short because of an injury on the slope. The place is comfortable and nicely outfitted. It's very conveniently located and quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location but could use some TLC

The location was great for hitting to slopes early and coming home for lunch. The condo was warm and comfortable. Most of the condo was in good shape; but there were a few things that could have been improved. 1) We used the jacuzzi the first night after dark, without knowing it was dirty. Three people in our family got skin rashes from staph infections and required antibiotics. We contacted the owner and jacuzzi was drained cleaned the next day; 2) The third bedroom is very small with a broken dresser and no closet or windows, luckily the family member is little and wasn’t picky; 3) there were no microwave safe dishes. We had to reheat on stove or one of the glass bowls. Bottom line, we would stay here again because of the location, but it wouldn’t be our “go to”.

Perfect for family ski vacation

This was a wonderful place for our family of four ski vacation! The unit had all the necessities we needed. We ordered groceries from Albertsons in Bozeman for pick up. The kitchen had all the basics/well stocked needed to cook meals. When we didn’t cook, we tried Riverhouse and Ousel &Spur pizza. Highly recommend! Others we didn't try were Blue Buddha Sushi, Michealangos, Corrall Steakhouse and Olive B's Bistro. I liked taking the shuttle to the mountain but my teens chose the ski path. Both were super easy and less than 10 minutes. Hot tub was a plus after a long day of skiing. Super comfy beds. Quiet area. Great wifi/internet connection. Easy and quick communication with owner before we arrived. Would only want more throws/blankets but we’re a family that likes to bundle 😊 Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home, Billie. It was a delight!

Great for summer vacation

Very clean, ground-level property and close to lots of hiking, fishing and the mountain resort area. The entire complex doesn't allow smoking which was a huge plus. Beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans in each room were an added bonus to keep the condo cool in the summar. The kitchen was well-stocked and the owners even provided some basics such as coffee, sugar, etc. The hot tub was clean and worked great. We had a little problem with the door lock but the owners responded and corrected the problem within minutes. We would recommend this property and any others offered by this premier host.

Nice place in to stay

Great points: The owners communicated very well and were very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of cookware to prepare any meal. Lots of spices, too, which is a rare find in a condo. Hot tub was very clean and worked very well with an easy-to-use lid. Good points: It's a very easy walk (about 300 feet) to catch the open air shuttle to big sky, which runs like every 5 to 10 minutes. You can ski back to walking distance to the room(about 500 feet). Not as convenient as ski in-ski out but still easy enough that we were able to come in eat lunch if when we wanted. The beds are nice and comfortable. (Not as soft as I like, but we always bring a foam topper with us, and with that top the bed perfect.) I also liked that all the beds had night stands on each side. There's a convenient locker that would hold about 6 pair of skis. OK points: There was no great place to put ski boots. The building is a bit loud as people walk around in the condo and in the hallway and in the condo above. I want to add though, we still loved staying here and would do so again in the future. I am just trying to give as many details as i can. I want to thank the owners for a great place to stay at a affordable rate.

Great for a ski vacation.

It was very easy to get to the shuttle to the resort (about 100 meters from the front door, but the resort is also within reasonable walking distance. The condo had everything we wanted including a stocked kitchen and it's own private hot tub. The only possible complaint was that the people in the condo above sounded really loud when they were walking around.

We were hopeful, but dissapointed!

First time to Big Sky, we were looking forward to staying close to the slopes. Our flight was cancelled due to the winter storm that hit Denver so we were delayed a full day from our rental. We had asked the owner if they would help us out, no response from her....so we continued our stay in this expensive and dated condo. This is a place that definitely needs an upgrade for the price...from the disgusting coffee pot, leaky kitchen faucet, windows that leak air, blinds that half work, and facing a parking lot where you hear everything, as well as condo above. Really disappointed, but enjoyed being on the slopes which help us forget where we were staying. Once we were checking out we texted the owners we were leaving per their request and by the time we walked out the door, someone was walking into the door with a bag to take all the food from the fridge/pantry that she told us to leave for cleaning crew. Strange! We asked her again if they would be willing to help us on the night we lost due to the airport shutting down all the flights in/out of Denver....we didn't ask for a full refund, we were seeing if they would help us at all......negative, hard negative even with VRBO trying to help us, they were not willing to help but they were willing to take our left over food. The only good thing about the place is when you walk out and get past the cars in the parking lot and the other buildings next to you, you can see the mountain which is a great view after you walk about 50yds from your place. This isn't a bitter review, just an honest review on the place. For the money spent, they should really update their place to meet the price point and comfort. There are plenty of other places to stay in Big Sky, glad to know that now.
