The Space:
The Vicarage boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, designed to offer a restful retreat for every guest. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 feature luxurious king-size beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Bedroom 3 also offers a king-size bed, while Bedroom 4 provides a cozy space with single beds. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a private sanctuary. The property includes three modern full bathrooms and an additional WC, providing ample facilities for all guests. The heart of the home is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. It features a large wooden dining table, perfect for shared meals and creating lasting memories. The kitchen is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, making your stay convenient and stress-free. The inviting lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a smart TV, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your favorite shows. For entertainment, the property offers not one, but two games rooms. One is equipped with a full-size pool table, and the other with a table tennis setup, providing fun for all ages. Outside, you'll find expansive private gardens, featuring open lawns and mature trees, creating a tranquil setting for relaxation. The property also includes ample private parking for multiple vehicles.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire holiday home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. Outside, you can enjoy the garden and free parking on the premises. Please note that the garden and parking areas may be shared if the other property on the grounds is also occupied. The other property is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house. Its convenient location provides easy access to the A19, and a short drive will take you to Teesside Park Retail Park, Wynyard Hall, Tees Barrage, Wynyard Woodland Park, Stewart Park, and Hardwick Park, offering a diverse range of activities and attractions.
Getting Around:
Getting around The Vicarage is easy. Free parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles. For public transport, the nearest bus stop is a short walk away, offering regular services to Stockton-on-Tees town center and surrounding areas. From the town center, you can connect to train services for travel further afield. The nearest train station, Thornaby, is approximately a 10-minute drive, providing direct routes to major cities. Teesside International Airport (MME) is about a 20-minute drive from the property, making it convenient for air travel. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in the area for convenient transportation.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Free parking is provided on-site for multiple vehicles. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Pets are allowed; however, charges may apply, so please inquire before your stay. The property is suitable for children and infants.
