Excelente!!!
Perfecto para familias la atención muy buena. El desayuno incluido muy sencillo pero te saca del apuro, las habitaciones son amplias y las camas son deliciosas!!! Descanso después de un largo día en el auto y las almohadas con ganas de llevarlas a casa!!! Súper recomendable :)

A scetchy area, didn’t feel safe at times. Hotel was average and room was large and spacious. Gym was average. Too many kiddos at the pool, we didn’t utilize it!

I loved the tub, wish i had one that size at home. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Would definitely go back, hopefully next time they wont be painting.

The staff were super friendly and its in a pretty safe area of town. Got one of the suites and at first glance it was amazing! However when it was time for bed there wasnt much for bedding for the pull out and hardly enough pillows. The pillows were definitely on their last legs and the pull out was pretty sad, but I guess thats what you get with a pull out.

They had workers right outside our window shaving the wood down....after a long drive n appt. We just needed to eat n rest but that noise of them working us annoyed finally stopped at 630 or 6....other then that it was really good we love this place

The only bad thing is where the waffle maker was is the dining room. Way to many kids making them so it made it hard to get to the other food options.

It was an ok stay. We didn’t like the laminate flooring, the amount of chemicals in the pool, and it was NOISY. I understand that kids and animals stay there too, but it seemed like there was little to no insulation in the walls to prevent noise transfer. We slept like babies, and by that I means we woke up several times throughout the night. We definitely won’t be staying at this Best Western again.

Easy access and location was convenient to numerous destinations. Realized it was a family oriented stay but did not appreciate wet carpets and dripping wet kids running through hallways til 11pm!

Highly suggest for pet parents
Great service from the front desk staff, and awesome accommodations. Friendly atmosphere and cool decor. Most of all, my pups are welcome here which was a big win for a long road trip.

Not pet friendly
Pet owners beware! While pets stay free at this hotel, you can not leave them for any reason. You can not go to dinner or even use the pool unless someone is able to stay in your room at all times. Otherwise the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the hotel is very nice.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience of not allowing your pet to stay in the room when you went out for dinner. We have this policy to minimize the noise level so all our guests enjoy their stay. We do allow for your pet to stay in the room while you come down for breakfast or go in our pool area, we only ask that you let the front desk know in case we have a noise complaint we know where to look.

The staff are extremely attentive and friendly in all areas of the building. The whole place appeared clean and the environment is cozy. The pool was smallest than appeared in pictures but fun! The beds are ok comfort-wise. The water is super noisy but it didn't bother us, though I could see how it may bother some. We really appreciated the hot breakfast too! We'd stay again.

My ONLY complaint would be that the bed was SUPER hard, some people prefer that, so grain of salt. September at the front desk was an absolute joy and the atmosphere and decor they had for Christmas was super cute and cheery. I would stay there again for sure!

Place was very clean and comfortable. Loud for a short period with children running in the halls but was quite during the night. Could have used another chair for comfort in sitting in the room.

Super clean and comfy
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. The pool is so much fun too. I will always stay at this hotel whenever I’m in Billings.
