Nice house for families!

Good location in the heart of Billings. House was clean and had lots of things to do. Great for families! Great private backyard patio!

18th street stay Billings

We had a nice stay at the house. The VRBO description did not state there is a basement, it did not say there is two bedrooms with twin beds. Overall it was comfortable, it worked for our group.

Great communication with host, home and condition was disappointing.

When we brought the issue of the basement fan not working, the host offered to replace the batteries in the remote the next day. Replacing the batteries did not fix the issue. She offered to have someone come out to replace the fan but we decided to have this wait until after our stay was over. The toilet in the basement did not flush 1/2 of the time. The kids were looking forward to the trampoline and the swing set. Unfortunately both were in disrepair. The trampoline had no pads over the springs as they had rotted away in the sun, and the net was not attached so it was not safe to use. The swing set was falling apart, the slide was so shakey that even the fearless 5 year old said no thank you. The host had added large pieces for furniture, One in the hall way where people need to walk, and a large fousball table in the other hall way. The lack of outlets made it very hard to charge anything, so much so that some of the lamps were not even plugged in. The bedroom in the basement did not have an egress window. The home had a very sweet perfume smell that was very strong and we did not find pleasent. While our trip was great, the stay in this VRBO was very disappointing to both adults and both kids.

Holiday stay

No information was left at the property giving us Wi-fi password nor any checkout directions. The main floor cleanliness was good but the basement cleanliness could have been better.

Great for family

Mostly a great stay. Comfortable for our toddler grandson. The backyard was nice. Thankful to have brought our pet. Host was super responsive and helpful. Great location. The arrangement looked different than in the pictures. The second bedroom wasn't shown. There is a foos ball table in the living room that is really in the way and more furniture which made for a cramped space. Wish there had been a full/queen size bed somewhere.

Perfect place for family and pets

We were in town for all state band and the house was great for our family and dog. The house was very clean and very well stocked with kitchen items and linens and most importantly, blankets! My only comment would be the mattresses on the upstairs twin beds should be replaced. The rest of the bends were very comfortable

Very nice home.

This home was very nice and met our needs. The host always responded promptly when I had any questions. The kitchen is nice but there is no dining room. There's a small table that seats 3 in the kitchen so a bit cramped. We honestly didn't mind. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Stay

We had a great time staying in Billings. The house was well-stocked and the owner was gracious and communicative. Loved the back yard! Would stay again next time we are in Montana.
