Coral Paradise, Escape to an elegant coastal paradise

Come experience some coastal comfort at this elegant, light and airy brand-new two-story beach house located right across from Biloxi Beach.  Just minutes away from nearby restaurants, entertainment, souvenir shops and, of course, the BEACH!  Also, nearby are the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center, Edgewater Mall, and various casinos. Enjoy some pickleball just steps away or relax on the porch with a view of the beach.  The perfect area for family fun and a couple’s getaway. 





THE SPACE:

There’s a half bathroom off the living room, and a full bathroom upstairs with a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your personal use.

The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area with seating for 6 guests. We have a fully stocked kitchen with many amenities, as well as a laundry area for your use and convenience. The three bedrooms are upstairs, with a queen bed, a twin daybed with a twin trundle that can be connected to make a king-size bed if needed, and another twin daybed with a twin trundle that can be connected to make a king-size bed if needed. Finally, we have rocking chairs on the porch for you to relax and take in the beach view. We just added a brand new deck in the backyard with a grill and patio furniture. 





EXTRA AMENITIES: 

It is our priority to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. This is why we have some added amenities to offer, such as complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar & assorted tea, beach towels & beach toys, as well as board games and card games. Not to mention the two community pickleball courts just steps away with adult & kids pickleball paddle sets that we supply for you. Other amenities included, but not limited to: Four TVs, Ceiling fans, Floor cushions, dish soap, Laundry soap, Paper towels, Hangers, Storage. For your safety and security, we have installed security cameras around the outside of the entire house, including a Ring doorbell.



HOUSE RULES:

Check in time: after 3:00 PM

6 Guests Maximum; if we see that there are more than 6 guests, then we will have to ask any additional guests to leave. (Specific limitations are determined based on the property’s fire & building code restrictions with the city of Biloxi.)



Pets are not allowed



Quiet Hours 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM



Parties, events, commercial photography or videography are not allowed



No smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes inside the house



No food or drinks upstairs to prevent any pests & to protect the bedding



Please do not put pots & pans or non-stick bakeware in the dishwasher; hand wash them instead



Turn off any lights, ceiling fans, TVs & appliances when not in use to conserve energy



Rinse off any sand before entering the house using the provided hoses on the right side of the house near the front porch or back deck, or the beach rinse station located across the street



Do not remove anything from the property except complimentary beach towels, beach toys, & pickle ball equipment that must be returned



Report any damages or issues immediately
