  • We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces.

    One of the Guests' Favorites! Poolside, Ground floor, and super comfortable!

    The floor to ceiling windows in the living room allow you to gaze over the prettiest courtyard on the Coast! With access from every room, you can walk straight out to the aqua free-form pool and swim, sun, or BBQ on the grills provided for you.

    Recently very prettily redecorated, you can enjoy the pub height dining room table and entertain your fellow guests. Each room has a flat screen TV, and Wi-Fi is available for your use. The owners are meticulous in meeting every need they think the guest might need, and it shows! The color scheme is constant through out and is very relaxing with the goal to move you to a Southern State of Mind--the most relaxing one possible!!

    The beach is 350 ft away, and there is a controlled access across Beach Boulevard to the Sugar-White Sand Beach! Beach vendors offer jet skis, chairs, and other things you might want to enjoy.

    Year-round events will keep you busy: the Christmas Festival of Lights-one of the largest in the South, the new Aquarium, several micro-breweries, world famous art and craft festivals, First Saturday street parties, Cruisin' the Coast week-long block party, multiple fireworks displays, the Christmas Boat Parade on the water in Biloxi and one on the Bayou in Gulfport, Movie Nights at the town greens, outdoor concerts, and the many special shows at all the casinos bringing in top entertainers and concerts, plus more!

    Centrally located, the Coliseum, shopping, and many restaurants are only a few minutes away. You can deep-sea fish, sail, shop at discount malls & boutiques, visit historical homes, and more!

Awesome stay

We were pleased with how nice the condo was & sitting on the patio so close to the pool was great. Short walk to the beach was nice.

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect. It was very clean and cozy. The pool was right off the back patio. The owners left great suggestions in their book which we appreciated. The location of the condo was fantastic.

Condo was very clean. Loved being on the bottom floor. You walked out the back door and pool was right there.

Great property

Great property. Very clean. Comfortable. Great quiet location. But the fees were incredibly high. I will definitely look for it again in the future but the fees were almost as much as the rate for our 3 night stay. So if we stay here again we wouldn’t book for less than a week to make it worth the fees.

We literally stepped out the back patio and were at the pool! The condo was immaculately clean and perfectly stocked. We cooked almost all our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were soft! The pool was never crowded and the facility was well kept and quiet. I HIGLY recommend this condo!

The condos had a very relaxed feeling, the pool was just steps off the porch and never over crowded. The rental company was east to communicate with and reach even over the holiday weekend. Check in procedures were simple. The condo itself is very comfortable, great a/c, plenty of parking and an easy walk to the beach or fishing. We were very happy with this condo.

Nice Condo.

The condo was nice and had most of the things we needed. The master bedroom mattress needs to be flipped or replaced but the guest bedroom was okay. The pool is awesome! The picture shows 2 gas grills but there was only one and it ran out of gas and is being replaced soon with charcoal grills. All in all, it was a nice stay and we were there for a month.

Just so clean and so cozy and my wife absolutely loved the layout. We traveled with both of ours kids and they loved the easy access to the pool. The master bed was incredibly comfortable and the soaker tub was a bonus. Very pleased with this place! Looking forward to making another trip back to the Mississippi gulf coast.

Was able to walk right to the pool or sit on the patio and enjoy the breeze. Walked to the beach and to the Treasure Bay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will do this again. Smart home was awesome. Only suggestion is that the information for the drop off spot when we checked in could have been more clear. Had to ask where paperwork should have been dropped off which was in build A.

Great location that’s in the center of everything!

This property was perfect for our family. It gave us the room we needed and was central to everything. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. Having a pool on the property was an added bonus for the kids.
