Perfect Biloxi Getaway at the Villas at Ocean Club B116

  • A beautifully furnished ground floor condo! Perfect for vacationers, winter guests, military, and long-term business guests. Whatever your need, this will accommodate you!

    This unit sleeps 4. The large bedrooms will give you space to getaway or you can choose to sit on the 2 private porches or walk out your doors and the short distance to the beach. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the master has a huge bath with large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bath is adjacent to the guest bedroom.

    Approximately 300 feet from the beach, you can work on your tan or just enjoy the endless horizon. Or, you can stroll the water's edge or jog on the 26-mile boardwalk. The night lights, sunrises and sunsets are stunning!

    Fully furnished, just pack your swimsuit in the summer and a light sweater for the winter. We have some winter days in the 70's so come warm up your frozen toes. In the summer, enjoy the white sands of our beautiful beach or the pretty courtyard at the Villas. There you will find a pretty pool, gazebo, chairs for lounging, and surely a perfect place to warm your bones using our natural solar heat!

    We have deep-sea fishing, golfing, island trips, beautiful historic towns, tons of boutiques and discount mall shopping, the wonderful white sand beach, sailing trips on different schooners, museums and art galleries, and restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood and many other ethnic flavors!

Reviewer Comments: The unit is out dated and needs paint and new silverware and pans The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was so loud that you couldnt sleep with it on. We killed a roach in the bathroom. The pool area was very nice, but the book in the room said you had gas grills to cook and there were none to be found.

We knew we couldn't check into our room till 3pm so we went and got lunch and ate on the beach till 3. We got to our room around 3:15pm THE CLEANING LADY WAS STILL CLEANING! SMH

Reviewer Comments: Several mishaps at very beginning of stay and continued throughout our visit - television cable not working (repaired 2nd day) - short on towels and no laundry detergent to wash them and same with bathroom tissue/paper towels - small gnat like bugs in apartment throughout our stay. Would like to be on other side as our previous stays.

Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd trip to this property we like it b/c it’s quiet, close to beach restaurants & activities. This time the unit was not up to par. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean but the doors were dirty & there was dust on the walls. The outside doors are in great need of replacement as they are rusty and the blinds on them never work.

The best part is that this condo is just 3 hours from home.

Thankfully, a worker was in that room and was able to get us access to the correct room. The WiFi & Internet wasn't operable and it took almost 24 hours before someone came to get us connected. My recommendation is to check for WiFi Internet upon arrival so the management company can be reached during business hours.

Great family vacation

However the condo needed attention, there were two lightbulbs missing in the bedroom and the one bulb remaining burnt on the second day. Also the tv in the bedroom didn’t have a remote control. After contacting management someone brought two new lightbulbs (still one missing) and a generic tv remote which we had to program.

Reviewer Comments: Nice location, enjoyed the stay, pool area in good shape, rooms need a makeover. Musty smell in rooms, but what can you expect in southern Mississippi in the summer. Maintenance was good on the counters and sink areas, but floors were dirty from food left from prior guests. Looks like mice droppings under TV entertainment center on rear legs by exterior door needs attention.

The television in the guest bedroom was not working and I did not have a passcode for Wi-Fi. It was impossible to contact the office to report. The pillow case looked as if they were reused.

Overall it was clean but there were dirty and rust spots. Had problem with the TV's at first but was able to fix it myself. We had called for assistance and never received a call back. I think batteries in remotes were almost dead. Since our purpose was just to get away and relax, this stay was fine.

They took the DVD player away; had to buy toilet paper, laundry soap and dish washer tabs ourselves as they only gave very small start up and when asked they said capital didn't give them anything to give to us. the pool was closed for 6 days. The room was nice, cabinets were old; but kitchen was good. Lots of road noise

We had no "binder" of information and had to be let in specially by the customer service. She was very attentive and helpful, but still we recieved no binder.

Reviewer Comments: The property is in need of general maintenance and upgrades. The furniture is old and one of the TV's did not work. The parking lot is in total disrepair and several of the buildings need washing and all the windows need to be cleaned. The site as a beautiful pool area, but this is the second year we have a room that looks onto the parking lot.

A good place to stay while visiting Biloxi

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, great location, good view of the Gulf. Older facility, somewhat dated but was satisfactory. Poorly stocked kitchen, we could have used more than two bath towels for a week. Several light bulbs were burnt out but they did replace them within two days and also fixed the bathtub drain.The box to get your info packet was empty the whole week and the onsite office does not handle Capitol Vacation guests but they did give us a packet. (somewhat reluctantly). The onsite staff was unfriendly to say the least. Pool was nice. BBQ grill was available but there was no propane tank provided so we could not use it. Overall a 3 star resort.

Bad Place to stay

Reviewer Comments: Biloxi is a very nice vacation spot BUT--- The unit was large & roomy but the vinyl couches were uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty and we found popped popcorn under the foot stool. The frame of the shower door rusty and moldy. We had to wash the dishes before we could use them, pans stuck to the shelves, The windows and baseboards were dirty. Also, the master bedroom tv didn't work and when called twice to fix it no one ever showed up. We have always left a good size tip for the housekeeping staff, but in the condition we found our unit we felt they deserved nothing and probably should be looking for new jobs.

Why Call When I Can't Get What I Need?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property for the last 5 years because of the location. PRM had always been very good if we had an issue. I did talk to Charlotte before arriving, and she was very accomodating as to giving us an earlier check in time. However, we checked in on 2/9 and I called because there was no can opener in our unit. I talked to Nicky and I thought she said they would get one to us in the mext couple days. On 2/14 I emailed Charlotte, and she said, sorry they could not get one over to us. Also, it seems as though when dishes are broken they are not being replaced, as we only had 3 small plates, and 1 tall glass, and a half handle pizza cutter. Our reservation goes through our timeshare, PRM just manages the units

Don't waste your timeshare!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good, and the kitchen appliances were relatively new, but those are the only positive comments we can make about this property. Arrived to find very dirty floors, woodwork, a bathroom that had obviously not been cleaned (previous guest's pajamas were still hanging on the bathroom door!), a dirty microwave, and there was chemical oven cleaner inside the oven. Contacted the management company (only able to leave a message). Janitorial service called the following day, their second attempt was essentially a "fluff and fold" - did not address the dirt issues that were pointed out to them. A third try the following day was a little better, but the unit is in dire need of a deep cleaning. Outside looks shabby as well. Would NOT recommend this to anyone. Better off saving the timeshare week and booking with a local casino hotel.
