“Staff were great! Room was a terrific size and the bathroom was stellar. Parking was free. There was no breakfast, but the pub downstairs had games and entertainment. It was summer and quite hot so the windows had to be open resulting in a few spiders making their way in, but that would be expected honestly. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“The hotel was good, we stayed for 2 nights and we booked half board.
The room was a good size, however, few touches would make it look better, like changing the carpet colour, headboard and blinds.
The room was a bit old but was clean, which is the most important.
The staff were friendly.
The first night they didn’t have a buffet, and the Grill restaurant was fully booked, so we had 2 courses each at the bar. It was included in the half board.
Breakfast was standard continental and English....

“We absolutely loved our stay at Jasmine House. Our room was lovely. Much more spacious than anticipated, the bathroom was very nice as well. The host let us use the fridge in the main kitchen to store a few items which was helpful as well. The location is wonderful, easily walkable to great dining options and some nice little shops. Highly recommend!”

When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). At the end of the day, I...
