“The online entry to the hotel was a bit difficult to understand. Also, it was not easy to get the emergency help. I had to call the emergency line several times before getting the response. It would be useful to have someone who would respond at least from 8 am to around 7 pm every day. ”

Access details were communicated just a day before arrival, and the narrow circular stair is a bit difficult to manage with large luggage, but overall near-perfect for our needs.”

“Nice apartment in a great location for the places where I visit. In a good area and close to local supermarkets and some restaurants if you don't want to cook. Easy access to the Haagse Bos park and Centraal Station. Only real issue I had was with the noise of the rain on the skylight during some stormy weather - earplugs needed to get some sleep.”

“Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. When the wifi and tv wasn’t working properly, they were right there to help get it figured out. Perfect location and the apartment was great for our family of 5, all adults! ”

“The apartment is nice and well equipped. A clean bathroom and the living room is connected to the kitchen. One thing missing is some bowls/plates. The garden offers some room outdoors to sit although a few separate chairs would be nice. Only negative aspect are the thin walls.”

“The room is eclectic. Lighting fixtures hanging from the ceiling remains from a coop store. A bathroom that is separated from the room by a brick wall. Very practical for a single traveler as myself. The community kitchen was nice and coffee great. I throughly enjoyed my visit and will return someday.”

“We had many problems or delays getting into the parking lot, there was no shampoo in the room, the curtains were dirty and 1/3 employees spoke Spanish which according to their page was common. They did not give access cards but a simple key... I felt a little unsafe”
