The apartment is functional, comfortable and furnished with attention to detail. The 2-room apartment has a bright living and dining area with integrated kitchenette. The apartment is bright with a double-winged balcony door. The separate bedroom is equipped with bedside tables, bedside lamps and closet. The bathroom is bright and friendly. This apartment is suitable for 2 - 3 persons. The 2-room apartment upstairs has a south-west facing balcony furnished with table, chairs and umbrella. On the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Or you can enjoy the sunset over the Schmachter See in the beach chair on the separate beach chair terrace in the upper area of the garden. The garden adjoining the terraces is shared by all the residents of the house (excluding holiday guests). Here everyone will find a quiet place to relax undisturbed. Each apartment has a barbecue. On the property there are four sun loungers and two beach chairs. On a laundry room z. B. after bathing in the Baltic Sea towels and bath accessories dry. For rented or brought bicycles, a garage can be shared. On the property there are four car parking spaces, one of which is assigned to the 2-room apartment on the first floor.

The special feature of our holiday home is the idyllic location, the spacious grounds and the unobstructed view of the outdoors. It provides the ideal base from which to explore Binz and the island of Rügen. Enjoy the peace in the midst of nature or take a few minutes in the center of Binz on the vibrant Baltic Sea life part.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
