    Access Instructions:

    To enter the building, please use the intercom located outside. Press the button with the key symbol and enter the code provided by host on the day. The flat is on the third floor, and there is a lift available for your convenience.

    Once you reach the flat, you`ll find a key lock by the door. I will provide you with the code for that lock on the day of your arrival.

    No Smoking: This is a non-smoking apartment. Please refrain from smoking inside.
    No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, no parties or events are permitted.
    Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
    Cleanliness: Please keep the apartment tidy and dispose of trash properly.
    Damage: Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Any damage or repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
    Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Please adhere to these times unless prior arrangements have been made.
    Appliance Use: Use appliances as intended and follow provided instructions. Report any issues promptly.
    Key Policy: Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Please return all keys at check-out.
    Early check-in and check-out request are subject to availability and will come at an additional fee to accommodate such requests.
