Convenient to St. Vincent’s hospital, which is what we needed it for. Bed was comfortable, but the room was not cleaned well. It smelled like stale cigarettes (smell seemed to becoming more from the hallway) and the walls were pretty dirty. Sheets seemed clean but comforter didn’t. Four of the six pillows on the bed were couch pillows (no pillowcase so definitely not being washed in between guest). Some left their juice and bag of ice in the freezer which the cleaner didn’t seem to notice. Convenient location and comfortable bed but would not stay again due to cleanliness. The cleaner is obviously just doing a quick flip instead of actually cleaning.
