We rented all three apartments at this house with 1 (BrightHaus) the first night, 2 (BrightHaus and Traditions) the second night and all three (BrightHaus, Traditions, and Vintage Pop) the third and fourth nights. We stayed with a large group of friends. Kathleen was a great host, she was super responsive. The building is older. I think it used to be a two-story duplex that has now been made into three apartments. That leads to some funky walls as the place has been configured for modern conveniences like air conditioning. It also means that the doors are a little sticky when it is humid. The kitchens were very nice (they were missing a couple of odds and ends, but when I pointed them out to Kathleen to said she would address those issues), and we used them to cook meals for the whole group. BrightHaus has a lot of space for hanging out, but the dining table was small so we ate downstairs in Traditions, which had a bigger dining table. The location was perfect for us. I think the neighborhood now has a significant number of students, but we had no issues with noise; there was plenty of on-street parking and we felt completely safe walking around. The only real issue with this apartment was one of the beds, but once I pointed it out to Kathleen, she said that she would address it and based on her responses to other concerns, I expect that it will be replaced or repaired. Value-wise compared with staying in a hotel it was a great deal.
