Golfers will enjoy days at Alyth Golf Club, Strathmore Golf Centre and Glenisla Golf Club, all lovely courses within 6.5 miles of this retreat, while well-known Carnoustie is within 30 miles. If you enjoy fishing, the River Tay is 14 miles away, while closer to the retreat, you’ll find beautiful Loch Lintrathen (3 miles) and Backwater Reservoir (6 miles) – please purchase relevant permits. Head into the charming towns of Alyth (5.5 miles) or Blairgowrie (10 miles) for relaxed days out, while the bustling city of Dundee is a 20-mile drive and home to the V&A Museum and the historic RRS Discovery, Captain Scott’s Antarctic expedition ship.
