The Host Fiona is absolutely brilliant, so helpful and thoughtful.The accommodation is amazing, so clean and all the little personal touches make it so special.Would highly recommend this place to people.

Very clean, well equipped with lots of little extras, dog friendly - although not direct access to a garden space. Even the dog gets a welcome present. Communication from host was excellent inuding arrival instructions and info about the area

The Butt n Ben was excellent. lots of wee surprises placed around the house. Great description on how to use the appliances, all electrical appliances (PAT) tested. We stayed for 1 week, next to bus station, restaurants and shops. What more could you ask for.Liz and Phil

This cottage was a lovely place to stay, welcoming and supported by the kindest and most helpful host I have ever experienced. The welcome pack and present for the dog were very appreciated. In addition, communication regarding local road closure and diversion made a long journey much easier.

Property was excellent. Cosy little space, perfect for a couple. There was milk and bread on arrival and instructions for all the devices. Great that there was plugs with usb sockets. Parking was perfect for 1 car. Host was excellent, communicated often.Perfectly located for walk into the centre of town.

Very well appointed, good location and very well equipped and clean. Nothing was missing! The cottage is small with high ceilings and nice solid feel to it. Everything I tried worked well. The bed was comfortable and it was a great base for visiting friends in Blairgowrie. Parking was convenient, tho the street is narrow and it was quiet at night. Fiona was very friendly and helpful and access and arriving were very straightforward. The few items in the fridge were also very helpful :)

We had a great stay here. The host had wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. The place is cutely decorated and well stocked. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There was a dedicated parking spot that was convenient. The area was really quiet while we were there.This was a convenient home base for day trips to Dundee and Glamis.

Wonderful place for one or two people. There were so many nice touches: bits of history, fun The Broons books, well-equipped kitchen with coffee, milk, bread, and treats provided. The location is perfect, with a bus stop across the street, and town center a quick walk over the bridge. Everything you need for a home base in Perthshire.

Spotless accommodation, well stocked and equipped with everything needed for a short stay, Tastefully decorated, with touches of a Scottish Theme. Attention to detail excellent, welcome pack and pet friendly with a welcoming pet goody bag. Fiona was an excellent host, with communications from booking to arrival. Central but quiet location. Stayed Hogmanay into the New Year and the cottage was decorated for the festive season. Nothing not to like, and would recommend and return to this quaint cottage.

The property was exactly what we needed. Cute little cottage just a short walk to town. We hike and this was the perfect location. Fiona was a wonderful host. Clean and well stocked. Could not have asked for more. And Buddy was the best pup!

Lovely quaint little cottage

We loved the cottage. Decor was lovely, homely and just what we needed. Everything you can think of was provided even for the dog which was great. Highly recommended will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our time in the property. Very cosy once we had the heating going. Everything you need in the kitchen for a short break and Fiona was incredibly kind leaving eggs, bread and milk for us as well. Super relaxing for us and our dog.
