disappointing
Tried to reach out to who was to be our contact 2 hours before we arrived for a code to get in the house with no response. Then reached out to the property manger after hours who helped us get the key code, but even she had to dig because the information she had on file was not current. Our towels did arrive until the next morning after we checked in. A few of the steps were not marked as steps & my husband who has Parkinson's disease fell on the steps. 2 of the lights that were supposed to guide someone through the steps were not lighted. The cabin itself was very nice for 2 people. By the picture, I thought there was a ramp going to the house. It is a bit deceiving especially since I was looking for a handicapped accessible facility for my husband. I see some improvements that need to be done. Somebody, either the owners or management need to step up as this could be great if the behind the scenes stuff got straightened out.
