WELCOME to your lakefront retreat on Lake Nottely in Blairsville. This spacious 4-bedroom home offers direct, easy lake access with a private dock—perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing right from your backyard.

Soak in breathtaking sunset views over Lake Nottely from the dock, screened porch, or bubbling hot tub. Gather around the firepit under the stars after a full day on the water. There’s plenty of flat yard space for yard games, kids to play, and dogs to roam (yes, we’re dog friendly!).

BOATING

The public boat launch is less than ¼ mile away on the same street, making launch and retrieval effortless. Ample on-site parking accommodates multiple vehicles and trailers.
