Good and bad
The Good: The set up of the place is really nice. Lots of bathrooms. The living room is really nice. There is a lot to do in the basement. They provide cornhole boards and bags. The market and everything else is really close by. The air conditioning was superb.
The Bad: Some of our people that have allergies reacted poorly to the basement. They suspect mold. There is a mildew smell in spots.
The hot tub is disgusting. There is a ring of black around it. We tried to clean it with the hose. It had no effect. It smelled like a pond. The deck is in disrepair, and no one bothered to mow the lawn.
The grill is barely functional. The starter didn't work. We had to use a lighter, and our guy lost some hair to that. Then only a small sectioned worked. It took 45 minutes to make burgers. We gave up on it.
They say there is a camera on the front door for security, but it had clearly been ripped out. The wires were just sticking out. I advise that you lock up when you can for safety.
