    HOUSE RULES

    To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules:
    1. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for cleaning and maintenance between guests.
    2. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this rental is listed in your listing on the platform where you booked your stay. Please do not exceed this limit for overnight guests at any time.
    3. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to respect our neighbors and other guests. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
    4. Pets: No Pets are allowed at this property. Service animals are always welcome with the required paperwork
    5. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental. If smoke gets into the house or you smoke in the house, there will be a $2500.00 fee charged to allow fr us to have a smoke restoration company come out and remove the smell of smoke.
    6. Parties and Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior approval from the property manager. Excessive noise or disturbances will not be tolerated, and you may be removed from the property, and no money will be refunded.
    7. Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy the outdoor amenities, such as the patio, deck, or barbecue area and the fire pit if you have one at this rental.. Please leave these areas in the same clean and orderly condition you found them.
    8. Fire Safety: Do not light fires or use fireworks on the property. Follow all fire safety guidelines and use the designated fire pit.
    9. Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen facilities. Please clean up after yourself and load dirty dishes into the dishwasher before check-out.
    10. Garbage and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recycling in the provided bins. If the bins become full during your stay, please contact us to arrange pickup. Our contact information is on the magney on the refrigerator, and in the House Manual.
    11. Parking: Park only in designated areas. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.
