What a wonderful little home — and Remington was the perfect host. He stayed in touch throughout our stay and made sure that if we needed anything, we had it right away. The house was clean, neat, and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner. The location was great too, just about 15 minutes from the river. Highly recommended!

the house is great for a fly fishing tripkitchen staffed with all you need - we were able to cook dinner & breakfastThe living room is very comfortable, spacious. The fireplace warmed well. The dining area was suitable for six. The house is decorated with animals hunted by the owners

Comfortable and convenient to the Juan. Unfortunately, the fishing was slow. We did have a weird electric issue, but had a quick response and repair.

this property was great for our needs, however, we could not find extra toilet paper, paper towel, the outlets in the bathrooms did not work and there was no salt and pepper in the kitchen, other that that we had a great time. My family loved all the mounted animals.

Good place to stay

The house is clean and well kept with a great patio and fenced in yard. The view from the patio is great. The owner was helpful and attentive. The only things i dudnt like were chec-in time, too late, and check-out time, too early. Otherwise, good experience

Nice place to stay, close to Navajo Lake. Plenty of room and space with full kitchen. Remington was very accommodating, and I will book again in the future.

Great Place!

My buddy and I came up for a few days for a fishing trip at Navajo. This place worked out perfect. It's a 20-minute drive to the boat ramp. We had everything we needed at the house. My only criticism would be the internet. It is satellite internet, so the signal seems to come and go. We were able to check email but not stream tv. It wasn't a deal breaker for us and I would definitely stay here again. Remington was a great host!

Clean house and Great Location

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had about the area and the house. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch looking at the beautiful views. The house is just a few minutes from fly fishing in San Juan River quality waters and an 15 minutes from Navajo Lake (a very easy drive to the lake!). And for the wives it is just few minutes from a winery. Highly recommend this house if you are fly fishing, hiking or going to the lake.

Clean little farmhouse

The location is ideal for a variety of activities. Fenced back yard for dogs is great. Washer & dryer. The house is perfectly comfortable.
