Not only was there AC in the room, but also in the pub/restaurant area! It was absolutely delightful - we struggled leaving! The staff were so friendly and attentive; nothing was too much trouble. “This is the perfect definition of a small english town stay. I loved the vibe of the rooms and the location. The rooms were clean and they provide complimentary biscuits and tea. The customer service was good as my boyfriend needed to catch a taxi somewhere and couldn’t do it himself so the Inn was able to call for him. The breakfast felt a bit pricy, but there was a cold buffet in addition to any hot item on their menu. Their fresh honey comb was really cool!”

“Have stayed at here a few times. Good location and if you want to use public transport, there's a bus stop right outside. You don't need to venture very far for a good meal (downstairs!) and breakfast served is made to order. This is our go to place to stay for convenience for access to beach, buses to Swanage and nice walks!”

“The hotel is very well run and the hosts are very helpful. The rooms are a decent size. Although it took a while for the water to warm up in the shower. I acknowledge that this is beyond the owner’s control, but my second floor room overlooked a junction and the traffic was noisy . At about 4am a lorry collected the empty glass bottles. The noise of the crash as the glass shattered was shocking. Avoid a roadside room on a Wednesday morning….if you want undisturbed sleep.”
