Gîte in a farmhouse ideal for families and friends

PGJyPg Come and enjoy this beautiful accommodation located in a former farmhouse that we have completely renovated (we therefore ask that the accommodation remain clean, as you found it please; a security deposit may be requested under certain conditions). The accommodation consists of a first floor with a large bathroom (walk-in shower), a separate toilet, a large room which offers a bar, a multi-activity table (pool table, ping pong table), a toy chest for children (coloring books, motor skills games, etc.), and a two-seater children's table. PGJyPg A bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), and next to the bedroom, there is a room in front of a large bay window offering a sofa bed that can be used as a bed, as well as a baby changing table. Upstairs, a large living room with a lounge area (corner sofa, TV, Netflix available, please have your login details), dining area, kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, induction hob, kettle, fridge, no oven!, dishwasher, basic cleaning products, dish sponge, vacuum cleaner located under the stairs at the entrance). Bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, and a large bedroom with three single beds (90x190cm) and one single bed (140x190cm). Please remove your shoes before going upstairs. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (please ask before booking to ensure a smooth stay). 🙂) Do not let them climb on the beds or the sofa. Bed linen is provided, but not bath linen!! Available: dish towels, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, coffee filters, coffee, tea, sugar... A travel cot is available (please specify), as well as a changing table, in the upstairs bedroom. Outside: a courtyard, a pétanque court (pétanque balls available), a covered terrace with garden furniture. You can park your cars there; easily 3 cars can fit. Parking is available; the cottage is gated. You will find a butcher, bakery, tobacconist, and mini-market less than 5 minutes away in the town center. For larger supermarkets, you have Auchan and/or Intermarché 5 minutes away. Nearby attractions include the Audomarois marsh, the Dome, and the Maison du Marais (Marsh House). The accommodations are in a quiet setting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family and/or friends. Guest access: I will meet you to hand over the keys, show you the accommodation, and answer any questions. Any questions you may have, and upon your departure, we will walk through the accommodation together. Other remarks: A security deposit may be requested under certain conditions to guarantee respect for the accommodation and the premises. This will, of course, be returned to you upon your departure once the walkthrough of the house has been completed.
