“We were put in a lodging that wasn’t the one we rented. We had no hot water and the owner wouldn’t fix so VRBO moved us to a hotel. Terrible. We have asked for a refund but have gotten no response from VRBO. As far as I am concerned this is fraud. ”

“The house was exactly as advertised and more. The lake view was very nice. Although it’s not the season to use the lake we did take a very short walk down there. The proximity to the lake would make it amazing in season. The host was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to my messages and checked in after we got there to make sure everything was good. He thought of every little detail that we needed for our 4 night stay. There was a wonderful selection of coffee, tea, seasonings, paper...

“We enjoyed our stay at this clean, cozy and well-decorated guest suite! Our host was very welcoming, and quickly responded to inquiries and messages. We would definitely plan to return here if we’re back in the area!”

“Check in easy, great communications - very quick & answered any questions. Great location for what we needed, layout of house was perfect for us, Roku let us stream all the shows we wanted to watch. Ate out so didn’t use kitchen a lot, beds were comfortable. When we come back to visit our daughter will use again. ”

“This is a real gem of a find! I loved our stay here. GPS does take you to the back of the building but it’s located next to a large parking lot. Plenty of parking which was great for us because we have an extended cab f350 ford that does not fit into most parking spaces. The other great thing about this house is multiple showers and bathrooms. This is so rare in a CT house. I must’ve searched for hours. The host Pam was super friendly and was so quick to respond.
